Elevate couscous with a sprinkle of vibrant sumac.
Ingredients:
  • 500g couscous
  • 125.00 ml chopped herbs (mint, parsley)
  • 1 tsp sumac*
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, add couscous and pour boiling water over it. Cover the bowl with a tea towel and let it stand for 5 minutes. Afterward, use a fork to fluff the couscous, then mix in herbs, sumac, oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
