Refresh your system with a tasty detox drink.
Ingredients:
  • 500g papaya, peeled, roughly chopped
  • 1 small banana, peeled, roughly chopped
  • 125.00 ml Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 20.00 ml psyllium husks (see note)
  • 262.50 gm orange juice
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine papaya, banana, yogurt, psyllium husks, and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve right away.
