Mouthwatering sticky Asian ribs that will leave you craving more.
Ingredients:
  • 67.50 gm hoisin sauce
  • 65.00 gm tomato sauce
  • 42.80 gm satay sauce
  • 44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1kg pork ribs
  • Salad, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220C. Mix together the sauces and garlic in a large bowl. Add the ribs and toss until they are thoroughly coated in the sauce mixture.
  • Prepare the baking dish by lining it with foil. Arrange the ribs in a single layer on a rack inside the dish. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the pork begins to caramelize and is fully cooked, turning the meat once during cooking.
  • Slice the ribs and plate with steamed rice and salad.
