"Quick and affordable dinner with only six ingredients!"
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml raw cashews
  • 45.50 gm peanut oil
  • 500g pork stir-fry strips
  • 1 medium brown onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 bunches baby pak choy, trimmed, leaves separated, stems sliced
  • 89.10 gm Chang’s hoisin sauce
Instructions:
  • Heat a wok over medium-high heat until hot. Stir-fry cashews until golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from wok and place in a bowl.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a hot wok and swirl to coat. Add half of the pork and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until browned. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with another tablespoon of oil and the remaining pork.
  • Heat the remaining oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion for 2 to 3 minutes until softened. Add the pak choy stems and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes until just tender. Bring back the pork to the wok, then mix in the hoisin sauce and pak choy leaves. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes until the leaves have just wilted. Finish by tossing in the cashews.
