Enhance Betty Crocker white chip macadamia nut cookie mix with dried cranberries and zesty orange peel for a festive twist.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pouches (14 oz) Betty Crocker™ White Chip Macadamia Nut Cookie Mix
  • 2/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • Grated peel of 1 medium orange
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cover a 13x9-inch pan with foil, allowing it to hang over two sides of the pan. Spray the foil with cooking spray for easy cleanup.
  • Combine both cookie mixes, melted butter, and eggs in a medium bowl. Mix in cranberries and orange peel. Press the mixture evenly into the pan.
  • Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until beautifully golden brown and perfectly set in the middle. Allow to cool completely for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Using foil to help you, gently lift the bars out of the pan. Trim the edges, then cut the bars into bite-sized pieces by slicing them into 4 rows vertically and 4 rows horizontally.
