Experience the holiday spirit in every bite of our decadent Eggnog Cookie Bars. Rich, creamy, and bursting with warm spices, these bars melt in your mouth, capturing the essence of the season in each delicious square.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350°F.
  • Combine all Cookie Bar ingredients in a large bowl and blend using an electric hand mixer.
  • Prepare the 9x9-inch baking pan with nonstick baking spray or parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 20 minutes. Once baked, let it cool completely before transferring it onto a wire rack.
  • Unseal the container of frosting and blend in cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Coat the cookie bars with the spiced frosting and decorate with your preferred sprinkles.
