Crispy bacon-infused potato hash with caramelized onions and garlic seasoning.
Ingredients:
  • 7 slices bacon
  • 2 russet potatoes, quartered and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic pepper seasoning
  • 0.5 yellow onion, sliced
Instructions:
  • Cook the bacon until crispy in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Set aside and keep the bacon drippings in the pan. Add potatoes and onions to the skillet, season with garlic pepper, and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and browned. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top before serving.
