Master the art of homemade barbecue sauce for all your summer grilling desires.
Ingredients:
  • 165.00 ml cider vinegar
  • 500.00 ml tomato passata
  • 166.25 gm treacle
  • 100.65 gm worcestershire sauce
  • 90.00 gm brown sugar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 5.00 gm smoked paprika
  • 46.80 gm wholegrain mustard
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, mix together vinegar, passata, treacle, worcestershire sauce, sugar, garlic powder, paprika, and mustard. Stir and cook for 10 minutes until smooth and well combined.
  • Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes until sauce thickens, then season with pepper. Allow to cool completely before serving.
