Elevate your homemade burgers with tangy, smoky BBQ sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 2.50 gm smoked paprika
  • 130.00 gm tomato sauce
  • 20.00 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 24.40 gm worcestershire sauce
  • 83.75 gm golden syrup
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, mix together brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, and paprika until smooth. Add tomato sauce, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, and golden syrup. Heat over medium-high heat until boiling, stirring occasionally.
  • Lower the heat to medium-low and let the mixture simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens. Take it off the heat and let it cool entirely. Serve right away or store the sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
