Homemade Chicken Fettuccine

Velvety chicken fettuccine Alfredo, decadently creamy and flourless, for a uniquely delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces fettuccini pasta
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into chunks
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a large pot of gently salted water. Cook fettuccine for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter until sizzling, then sauté chicken and mushrooms until chicken is fully cooked. Season generously with garlic salt and pepper. Pour in whipping cream and simmer until sauce thickens, while stirring continuously. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese to taste. Serve the creamy chicken and mushroom mixture over noodles.
