Creamy mixed nut butter made with walnuts, almonds, and pistachios, sweetened with honey and vanilla, and seasoned with a touch of salt.
Ingredients:
  • 1.3333333730698 cups raw walnuts
  • 1.3333333730698 cups raw almonds
  • 1.3333333730698 cups unsalted raw shelled pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and arrange walnuts, almonds, and pistachios on a baking sheet with a rim.
  • Toast nuts in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until fragrant.
  • While hot, transfer the mixture to a food processor. Process at high speed until it breaks down and starts to clump. Stop the processor to scrape down the sides. Resume processing until a cream begins to form. Add sucralose, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend for an additional 1 minute.
  • Gradually sprinkle in cocoa powder and milk powder while processing for an additional minute. Allow the mixture to cool completely, then transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
