Dazzle guests with this refreshing Root Beer served straight from a large drink cooler with a convenient spigot. Chill and enjoy outdoors or in the kitchen. Exercise caution and wear gloves when working with dry ice. Keep away from children.
Ingredients:
  • 6 cups white sugar
  • 3.3333332538605 gallons cold water
  • 1 (2 ounce) bottle root beer extract
  • 4 pounds dry ice
Instructions:
  • Combine sugar and water in a large cooler, stirring until sugar is fully dissolved. Add root beer extract and gently add dry ice into the cooler. Cover with the lid without securing it to release any pressure buildup.
  • Allow the mixture to steep for one hour before serving. Store any extra root beer in gallon-sized milk jugs.
