Fresh strawberry chunk cake: sweet, easy, delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 cups finely chopped strawberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • In a spacious bowl, blend together sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine the mixture with sugar, milk, and mix until a thick batter forms. Gently fold in strawberries. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the oven until golden brown and the top bounces back when touched, 40 to 45 minutes.
