Slow cook pork shoulder with ginger sauce for 10 hours, creating succulent Hawaiian shredded pork.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 (5 pound) bone-in pork shoulder roast
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • 0.5 large head cabbage, shredded
Instructions:
  • Combine kosher salt, black pepper, and ground ginger in a bowl. Massage the mixture evenly onto the pork roast, then transfer the seasoned roast into a slow cooker.
  • Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke in a bowl, then generously drizzle the mixture over the pork roast.
