Irresistibly roasted rosemary sweet potatoes with honey, a savory-sweet treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut in 1-inch cubes
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • Combine olive oil, honey, fragrant rosemary, salt, and spicy black pepper in a large bowl. Toss sweet potato cubes in the flavorful mixture until evenly coated. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the coated sweet potato cubes to a lined baking sheet, spreading them out in a single layer.
  • Roast in a preheated oven until tender, around 45 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and continue baking until golden brown, about 15 minutes more.
