Sticky walnut and rosemary red onion wedges

Festive red onion topping adds sweet crunch to holiday dinners.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg tuscan red onions, quartered
  • 57.50 gm walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary, torn
  • 28.60 gm honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan-forced and prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Spread red onion evenly on the prepared tray. Top with walnuts and fresh rosemary. Generously drizzle with honey and olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt and a crack of black pepper.
  • Roast for 40 minutes, turning occasionally, until onion is tender and caramelized. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
