Honey-glazed seasoned chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons margarine, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a cozy 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix egg yolk with honey and butter, then brush over chicken. Arrange chicken skin side down in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Place the seasoned chicken in the oven at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 45 to 60 minutes, basting with butter. Once cooked through, flip the chicken and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes for crispy skin. Serve hot.
