Delicious honey ginger shrimp with a sweet and spicy kick, perfect over veggies or pasta.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 0.25 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pound medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté olive oil and red pepper flakes until fragrant. Add onions, garlic, ginger, and honey; continue to cook until aromatic. Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until they turn pink and opaque, about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
