Crunchy muesli bars: the ultimate lunch-box treat.
Ingredients:
  • 625.00 ml nut-free toasted muesli
  • 250.00 ml pitted prunes
  • 89.38 gm honey
  • 0.63 gm mixed spice
  • 50g butter, melted, cooled
Instructions:
  • Blend together 2 cups of muesli, prunes, honey, mixed spice, and butter in a food processor until fully incorporated.
  • Spread the rest of the muesli on a plate. Take 1 level tablespoon of prune mixture and form it into a ball, then roll it in the muesli to coat. Transfer it to a baking tray lined with baking paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Keep the muesli balls fresh by storing them in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
