Start the day right with a delicious breakfast idea.
Ingredients:
  • 300.00 gm rolled oats
  • 125.00 ml cashews, roughly chopped
  • 89.38 gm honey, warmed
  • 1.25 gm ground cinnamon
  • 250.00 ml chopped dried tropical fruits
  • 500g low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 750.00 ml fresh fruit (such as pineapple, passionfruit, red papaya, banana)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Mix together oats and cashews, then spread evenly in the dish. Bake, stirring every 5 minutes, for 25 minutes until it turns golden. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Pour honey over the warm oats and stir well. Allow it to cool before serving.
  • Incorporate cinnamon and dried tropical fruits into the mixture. Portion into bowls and garnish with yogurt and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
