Boost your day with a nutritious low-fat muesli bowl topped with fresh and dried fruits drizzled with a touch of honey.
Ingredients:
  • 625.00 ml natural muesli
  • 393.75 gm apple juice
  • 250.00 ml reduced-fat plain yoghurt
  • 193.13 gm reduced-fat milk
  • 187.50 ml chopped dried figs
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 62.50 ml slivered almonds, toasted
  • 3 fresh figs, quartered
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix together muesli, apple juice, yogurt, milk, dried figs, and honey. Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Serve the delicious muesli mixture in bowls, topped with crunchy nuts and fresh figs. Enjoy!
