Kickstart your day with a nutrient-packed, low-calorie muesli!
Ingredients:
  • 625ml (2 1/2 cups) reduced-fat milk
  • 180g (2/3 cup) skim milk natural yoghurt
  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced
  • 36.00 gm honey, to serve
  • 80g (2 cups) bran flakes
  • 35g (2 cups) puffed brown rice
  • 85g (1/2 cup) sultanas
  • 60g (1/2 cup) toasted flaked almonds (Duck brand)
  • 12 dried apricots, chopped
Instructions:
  • Mix together the bran flakes, puffed rice, sultanas, almonds, and apricots in a spacious airtight container until well combined. Seal and keep aside until ready to use.
  • Divide the muesli into serving bowls and drizzle each serving with 125ml (1/2 cup) of milk. Add a dollop of yogurt and sliced bananas on top. Serve right away and add a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness.
