Indulge in a decadent slice packed with nuts, fruit, and chocolate.
Ingredients:
  • 250g butternut snap cookies
  • 75g butter, melted
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 250g Top Deck or milk chocolate, chopped
  • 170g sultana
  • 85g desiccated coconut
  • 125g pecan
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a 20cm x 30cm slab pan with non-stick baking paper. Blend the biscuits in a food processor until they form fine crumbs. Transfer the crumbs to a bowl and mix in the melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the pan.
  • - Drizzle honey over the biscuit base. - Scatter chocolate, sultanas, coconut, and pecans on top. - Pour condensed milk evenly over the filling. - Bake for 30 minutes. - Allow to cool before refrigerating for 2-3 hours or overnight. - Cut into pieces and serve.
