Honey-sweetened wheat bread with oats and wheat germ, chewy and satisfying.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 1.25 cups whole wheat flour
  • 0.25 cup rolled oats
  • 0.125 cup wheat germ
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 0.875 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 0.25 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
Instructions:
  • Add the ingredients to the bread machine pan following the manufacturer’s recommendation. Choose the multigrain setting and start the machine.
