Ingredients:
  • 3.3333299160004 cups bread flour
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.33333298563957 cup oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1.125 cups buttermilk
  • 1.5 teaspoons active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
Instructions:
  • Add the ingredients into the bread machine following the manufacturer's instructions. Choose the white bread setting and press Start to begin.
