Delicious shrimp linguine for four, ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated linguine
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 bag (1 lb) frozen baby peas, carrots, pea pods and corn
  • 1 lb uncooked peeled deveined medium or large shrimp, thawed if frozen, tail shells removed
  • 1/2 cup roasted garlic and herb marinade (from 12-oz bottle)
Instructions:
  • Prepare the linguine according to package instructions, then drain and cover to maintain warmth.
  • In a large nonstick skillet, heat water over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and frozen vegetables, cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often.
  • Add the shrimp and stir well. Cook until the vegetables are crisp-tender and the shrimp turn pink. Mix in the marinade and honey, then continue to cook until everything is heated through. Serve over linguine.
