Easy and impressive fish dish with a delicious spicy, sweet, and salty marinade that your family will love. Perfect for grilling or broiling in any weather.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.33333334326744 cup soy sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup orange juice
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 (1 1/2-pound) salmon fillet
Instructions:
  • In a spacious zip-top bag, blend ginger, garlic, soy sauce, orange juice, honey, and green onion thoroughly. Add salmon, seal securely, then carefully rotate the bag to coat the fish. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.
  • Prepare your outdoor grill by preheating it to medium heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Take the salmon out of the marinade, gently shake off any extra liquid, and dispose of the rest of the marinade. Grill for 12 to 15 minutes per inch of thickness, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
