Asian-inspired honey-glazed salmon, bursting with flavors of ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and green onions, offers a perfect balance of sweet and savory.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup honey
  • 0.33333334326744 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or more to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or more to taste
  • 4 salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine honey, green onions, soy sauce, sesame seeds, garlic, onion, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl, ensuring they are thoroughly mixed together.
  • Spread the salmon in a 9x13-inch baking dish and drizzle the honey mixture on top, making sure to coat the fish in a thin, even layer.
  • Roast the salmon in the preheated oven, brushing with the sauce occasionally, until it flakes easily with a fork, around 20 minutes.
