Try these irresistible brown sugar and honey-glazed pork chops for a delicious twist on dinner. Your family will love it!
Ingredients:
  • 1 serving nonstick cooking spray
  • 4 bone-in pork loin chops
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. Brown chops for about 5 minutes on each side.
  • Combine brown sugar and honey in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 20 seconds until brown sugar has softened or melted. Stir well.
  • Place the seared chops into the prepared baking dish and drizzle half of the delicious honey glaze evenly on top.
  • Uncover and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Take out, flip over, and brush on the rest of the honey glaze. Continue baking until the center is no longer pink, about 15 to 20 minutes. Check with an instant-read thermometer for doneness at 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
