Grill up some zucchini and carrots alongside your main dish for a tasty, all-grilled meal!
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick (1 lb)
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
Instructions:
  • Place the pork chops in a shallow glass baking dish and brush both sides of each chop with 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Allow the chops to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat a gas or charcoal grill. In a 2-quart saucepan, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, honey, orange peel, and salt until thoroughly mixed. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium and boil for 1 minute.
  • Once the grill is hot, lay the pork on either a gas grill over medium-high heat or on a charcoal grill over medium-high coals. Spread half of the honey mixture evenly over the pork. Grill uncovered for 5 minutes, then flip the pork and spread the remaining honey mixture. Continue grilling uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes until the pork is slightly pink in the center and a thermometer reads 160°F when inserted in the center of the pork.
