Honey Orange Glazed Cod

Delight the whole family with this easy and flavorful honey-orange cod dish.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 3 (4 ounce) cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1.5 teaspoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 0.125 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Position an oven rack 6 inches beneath the heat source and preheat the broiler. Grease a broiler pan with cooking spray and arrange the cod fillets on top.
  • Combine the marmalade, honey, orange juice, Dijon mustard, sesame oil, soy sauce, and pepper in a small bowl until fully mixed.
  • Place the cod in the preheated oven and broil for 4 to 5 minutes. Brush half of the honey-orange glaze on top and continue to broil until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 4 to 5 minutes more. Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the fillets.
  • Coat fillets with the remaining glaze and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a decorative touch.
