Ingredients:
  • 1.5kg chicken wing drumettes
  • 62.50 ml kecap manis
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2cm piece ginger, peeled, grated
Instructions:
  • In a large ceramic baking dish, place the chicken. In a jug, whisk together kecap manis, honey, 2 tablespoons of juice, ginger, and garlic. Pour the mixture over the chicken, making sure to coat it evenly. Season with pepper, then cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.
  • Preheat the oven to 220°C. Drain the marinade from the chicken and bake it for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until crispy and fully cooked. Serve hot.
