Savor the bold cabbage taste of this whimsically named vegetable for a delightful culinary experience.
Ingredients:
  • 12 oz fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 2 teaspoons olive, canola or soybean oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed
Instructions:
  • Prepare Brussels sprouts by trimming them and cutting a small X in the stem end. Halve large Brussels sprouts. Place them in a 2-quart saucepan and add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes until tender. Drain and return to the saucepan.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients with the drained Brussels sprouts, gently stirring to ensure even coating.
