Delicious honey-walnut brie bites, an effortlessly elegant party appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) wheel Brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously coat the cups of two 12-cup mini muffin pans with nonstick cooking spray.
  • On a floured surface, shape the puff pastry into a large rectangle. Using a pizza slicer, cut the pastry into 24 (2 1/2-inch) squares. Press a square into each mini muffin cup and prick with a fork. Cut the Brie cheese into 24 cubes and place one cube into each pastry cup.
  • Carefully drizzle honey over the cheese inside the dough cup, then sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the pastry is puffed up and the corners are golden brown, about 14-16 minutes.
  • Allow the bites to cool in the pans on a wire rack for 3 minutes, then transfer them to a serving dish.
