Indulge in sweet honey-glazed Dutch carrots for a delicious side.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bunches baby (Dutch) carrots, peeled, trimmed, leaving 1.5cm stalk intact
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 15g butter
Instructions:
  • Boil carrots in salted water until tender, approximately 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • Combine the luscious honey and rich butter in a pan over medium heat until the honey becomes beautifully runny. Introduce the vibrant carrots, gently tossing them until they are perfectly coated. Serve and enjoy!
