Indulge in a decadent chocolate twist on Italian affogato - with nut liqueur, hot chocolate, and chocolate ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 166.65 gm pouring cream
  • 50g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 30ml Frangelico or amaretto
  • Chocolate ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine pouring cream and dark chocolate in a small saucepan, stirring over medium heat for about 3 minutes until silky smooth.
  • Drizzle a generous amount of Frangelico or amaretto liqueur into a glass, then layer with the rich chocolate mixture and premium chocolate ice-cream.
