Decadent coconut flour brownies - rich, velvety, and utterly satisfying hot or cold.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.33333334326744 cup virgin coconut oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup coconut flour, sifted
  • 1 tablespoon semisweet chocolate chips, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Combine cocoa powder and coconut oil in a saucepan and melt over low heat for about 5 minutes. Once melted, remove from heat and cool for an additional 5 minutes before using.
  • Using an electric mixer, blend sugar, eggs, salt, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth. Add cooled cocoa mixture, then gently mix in coconut flour until smooth. Transfer batter into the baking dish and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 35 minutes.
