Keto-friendly brownies made with coconut oil, almond flour, cocoa powder, and stevia for a guilt-free chocolate indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.66666668653488 cup coconut oil, divided
  • 0.5 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup stevia sugar substitute (such as Truvia®)
  • 1.3333333730698 cups almond flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and gently grease an 8-inch square pan with coconut oil.
  • In a bowl, combine cocoa powder and baking soda. Stir in 1/3 cup coconut oil and boiling water until smooth. Mix in the remaining 1/3 cup coconut oil, stevia, and eggs until fully incorporated. Gently fold in almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Transfer the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake until the top is dry, edges pull away from the pan, 30 to 40 minutes. Cool before cutting into 12 squares.
