Spice up your gathering with Hot and Spicy Chex™ Party Mix featuring red pepper sauce and cheese crackers. Quick and easy to make, this crunchy snack is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons red pepper sauce
  • 3 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
  • 3 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
  • 3 cups Wheat Chex™ cereal
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup bite-size cheese crackers
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 250°F.
  • In a spacious roasting pan, let the butter melt in the oven without greasing it. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and pepper sauce. Slowly fold in the rest of the ingredients until everything is evenly coated.
  • Bake for 1 hour without a lid, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool for approximately 15 minutes before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
