Spicy chicken wings with customizable hot sauce levels. Choose your heat wisely!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Frank's™ RedHot™ Original cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 24 chicken drummettes
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Blue cheese dressing
Instructions:
  • Blend hot sauce and garlic salt until smooth. Pour the mixture over drummettes, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but no more than 24 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Place butter in a 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch jelly roll pan and let it melt in the oven. Mix Bisquick, onion salt, and peppers together. Remove chicken from sauce and coat it with the Bisquick mixture. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, then flip the chicken and bake for another 20-25 minutes until it's golden brown and the juices run clear. Serve with dressing.
