Savor these slow-cooked spicy pork ribs for a delectable starter!
Ingredients:
  • 1 rack (3 pounds) pork back ribs, cut lengthwise across bones in half, then cut into 1-rib pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (from 7-ounce can)
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Prepare your 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker by generously spraying it with cooking spray. Add the riblets to the cooker and generously sprinkle them with garlic.
  • Cook the ribs on low heat for 6 to 7 hours until they are tender and delicious.
  • Thirty-five minutes before serving, combine the remaining ingredients in a 2-cup glass measuring cup or small bowl. Drain the juices from the cooker and pour or spoon the sauce over the riblets, gently stirring to coat evenly. Increase the heat setting to high, cover, and cook for 25-30 minutes until the riblets are glazed.
  • Keep warm on low heat setting until ready to serve. Riblets can be kept warm on low heat for up to 2 hours.
