Indulgent and versatile hot dip, ideal for hosting or a delicious appetizer. Enjoy with pita, baguette, chips, or veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 cups grated Asiago cheese
  • 0.5 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1.5 cups frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a cozy 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic. Stir in Asiago cheese and parsley until well combined. Squeeze excess moisture from spinach, then fold it into the mixture. Spread evenly in an 8 1/2 x 10 baking dish.
  • Bake in the hot oven until the center bubbles and the edges turn golden brown, for 20 to 25 minutes.
