Impress guests with creamy pumpkin cheese dip served in a pumpkin for a festive touch at parties or gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 pound bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 0.75 cup salsa verde (green salsa)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped canned jalapeno peppers
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine cream cheese and Monterey Jack cheese in a double boiler over simmering water. Stir often, using a rubber spatula to prevent scorching, until cheese is melted, approximately 5 minutes. Pour mixture into a baking pan.
  • Combine crispy bacon, zesty green salsa, chopped green onions, and spicy jalapeno peppers with the creamy cheese for a flavorful twist.
  • Bake the dip in the preheated oven until it is warm and bubbly, about 10 to 12 minutes.
