Indulgent hot chocolate for chocolate lovers.
Ingredients:
  • 252.50 gm thickened cream
  • 2 litres milk
  • 8.80 gm vanilla extract
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
  • 250g good-quality dark chocolate, broken into squares
  • 24 marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Beat the cream until it forms soft peaks, then refrigerate it until serving.
  • In a large saucepan, mix together milk, vanilla, and sugar. Heat until boiling, stirring occasionally.
  • Ensure each luxurious 300ml-capacity glass is graced with a portion of decadent chocolate. Gently drizzle the rich milk over the chocolate, then generously crown it with a dollop of cream and an array of fluffy marshmallows. Present and enjoy this irresistible delight.
