White Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows

Indulge in a cozy cup of white hot chocolate, topped with fluffy marshmallows, vanilla, and sprinkles to brighten up chilly winter days.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups 2% milk, divided
  • 2 ounces white almond bark
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 6 large marshmallows, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red and green sprinkles, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt almond bark with 1/2 cup milk, sugar, 2 marshmallows, and vanilla extract. Stir often until boiling. Lower the heat, pour in the remaining 3 1/2 cups milk, and heat for about 5 minutes. Finally, add the remaining 4 marshmallows.
  • Pour the hot chocolate into four 6-ounce mugs and add 1 marshmallow to each. Sprinkle with red and green sprinkles for a festive touch.
