Indulge in a decadent hot chocolate with marshmallows and drizzled with chocolate and caramel syrup.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 3 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4.5 cups milk
Instructions:
  • Melt chocolate in a saucepan with water over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Combine sugar and salt with the chocolate mixture and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer while stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved and flavors meld, about 4 minutes. Then, pour milk into the chocolate mixture and heat until hot. Using a whisk, beat until foamy or stir until smooth.
