Whip up luxurious Hot Cocoa Mousse in just 15 minutes using instant cocoa mix, cream, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla for a decadent treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pint (2 cups) heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 packages (1.25 oz each) instant hot cocoa mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Whipped cream, if desired
  • Ground cinnamon, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer on high speed until it starts to thicken.
  • Beat powdered sugar and cocoa mix on medium speed until blended. Mix in 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and vanilla. Beat on high speed until soft peaks form.
  • Transfer the mousse into individual dessert dishes. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Chill until serving.
