Slow cooker appetizer that stays warm for hours - perfect for entertaining!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers in oil with garlic, drained and chopped
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 loaf Italian bread, sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large bowl and mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Gently fold in roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture into a slow cooker.
  • Top the dish with the remaining mozzarella, spreading it evenly for a delicious finish.
  • Simmer on Low until the cheese is gooey and the dip is hot and bubbly, for 2 to 3 hours. Enjoy with slices of crusty Italian bread.
