Effortlessly transform leftover turkey into a delectable open-faced sandwich, smothered in savory gravy.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 lb leftover turkey meat, sliced
  • 1/2 cup or so of leftover turkey gravy
  • Stock or water (to thin the gravy if needed)
  • 4 large slices of rustic bread
Instructions:
  • Heat the gravy in a skillet until it's hot and bubbly. If it's too thick, simply add a splash of stock or water to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Toss sliced cooked turkey in the rich gravy until fully coated and warm through.
