Efficiently core and chop cauliflower with this easy and safe method for effortless meal prep.
Ingredients:
  • One head of cauliflower
Instructions:
  • Separate the leaves: Gently remove the leaves from the base of the cauliflower.
  • Slice in half: Slice vertically through the crown from top to stem.
  • Re-cut the cauliflower halves vertically on the cutting board.
  • Prepare the cauliflower: Place each cauliflower quarter on the cutting board and use a knife to easily remove the core. Repeat with the rest of the cauliflower quarters.
  • Separate the cauliflower florets with your hands, and use the knife to chop any larger pieces if necessary. Feel free to include the core and leaves in the cooking process.
